Skies Heritage operates the digital archive at skiesheritage.com, documenting the heritage of aviation history through verified specifications, photography, and editorial context. It is part of the Singular Heritage network. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the archive

The Skies Heritage archive is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes. You may:

• Browse and search the archive freely
• Reference Skies Heritage data in academic or editorial work with proper attribution
• Share links to archive entries and journal articles

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download archive content for commercial use
• Reproduce archive content without attribution to Skies Heritage
• Misrepresent Skies Heritage data as your own research

3. Content accuracy

Skies Heritage strives for accuracy in all technical specifications, production data, and editorial content. We source data from manufacturer records, aviation databases, verified sources, and expert contributors. However, we cannot guarantee that every data point is error-free. If you identify an inaccuracy, please report it through our contact form.

4. Intellectual property

Editorial content, heritage narratives, and data compilations on Skies Heritage are the intellectual property of Skies Heritage and Singular Heritage. Aircraft imagery is sourced from licensed providers and used under their respective terms. Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used on Skies Heritage for identification and editorial purposes only.

5. Contributions

By submitting content to Skies Heritage (corrections, aircraft data, photography, editorial), you grant Skies Heritage a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and modify the contribution for the archive. You retain ownership of your original work. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.

6. Limitation of liability

Skies Heritage is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Skies Heritage is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, reliance on archive data, or inability to access the service.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the newsletter. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
